RE-CENTRE ecosystem
RE-CENTRE concept relies on the 3 involved sectors’ main need to revise and develop their sectoral business models towards a higher resilience and growth in competitiveness. The Covid-19 challenge has led the 3 sectors to jointly reflect on their potential and understand that only thanks to a deep level of cross-sectoral and cross-cluster collaboration the constraints deriving from diversity (traditional non-tech. oriented and very tech. oriented sectors) can be overcome and turned into distinctive innovation opportunities. RE-CENTRE, through the systemic cooperation of 2 clusters related to traditional sectors (dID, CENFIM), 1 related to the Green sector (GSC) and 1 to the IT sector (CLUJIT), develops around 5 main action areas, interpreted as 5 seeds for supporting SMEs in rooting on the market towards higher resilience and business stability:
- TEXERE / Map&Relate, Analysis&Feedback / NETWORK;
- Closing the loops towards autonomy / INNOVATE;
- From ideas to PoCs / ADOPT PROCESSES & TECHNOLOGIES – open call vouchers for innovation will be published!
- Growth of competences/acquisition of working tools / TRAIN – dedicated training workshops for SMEs and clusters!
- Expand, Promote, Compete / GO INTERNATIONAL – vouchers for internationalization will be activated!
5 macro seeds that will be sown in the ground – RE-CENTRE innovation ecosystem mapped in this ecosystem mapping for supporting the rooting of SMEs towards a higher resilience, digitalization and sustainability.
